Stayed at Monterrey Apartments for three nights. Well-located, facing the valley with a big balcony. The apartment had a kitchenette, big bathroom, and kitchen appliances. Pool and bar on-site, though we didn't use them. TV, couch, fridge, microwave, coffee filter, and toaster provided. Excellent staff, peaceful atmosphere, and comfortable beds. Going back in October.

Totally recommend this hotel.

hosts were nice, even gave us room with a nice balcony. our room was spotless. it was super close to bus station. found a nice place called el toro canario around 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment, had lunch and dinner there.

Great location near to the beach and the shops as well as Playa Del Ingles, everything perfect. Kitchen area with a microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators. Met needs, would recomand.

We had a wonderful time staying here; the location is perfect with a short walk to the beach, shopping center, and Playa Del Ingles, and it's great being close to the bus station. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Great location near the coast with a beautiful view of the valley. the apartment had two rooms, a kitchenette, and a big balcony. the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. One of the highlights was the pool area, with a bar and entertainment options. the apartment had all the necessary appliances, including a TV, fridge, microwave, coffee filter, and toaster.

The apartment could use some updates and renovations, as it felt a bit dated. the music played in the bar and pool area during the day could be noisy, especially for apartments located nearby.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was near everything we needed. We were just a short walk away from both the beach and the shopping center. the room was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable. the bathroom was well-equipped, with a good shower and hot water. the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. the pool bar was great value for money and the Spanish staff running it were always friendly and accommodating.

It would have been nice to have been informed about this in advance.

I got great value for my money at Monterrey Apartamentos. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping area, beach, and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

Couldn't fault.

The property is well located close to the centre, with a steep hill for exercise. the rooms are clean and some have already been refurbished. the host is friendly and accommodating. the sun terrace offers exceptional views and the comfortable sunbeds are a nice touch.

Felt more than at home, no reason to complain.

Always coming back! Great service, staff helped me return a forgotten item. This place has it all: kettle, AC, TV, laundry, golf. No pets. Perfect for my romantic escape.

The apartment was the best I have stayed in at this resort. the bar staff were great, with fantastic happy hour prices. It's a nice place to stay, with a short walk into town and the beach and a taxi back is affordable. Highly recommend!

Felt really comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

They cleaned the room once during my stay. The apartment had a TV, balcony, terrace, and even a bar! The sea view was nice. It's close to the airport, so my ears got a lovely workout from all the planes.

I couldn't believe they made me pay extra for internet access. It's not like I needed to communicate with the outside world or anything.
